We are looking for Key Account Manager position for Beauty Industry. Here is the detail:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing, supervising and expanding distributor channels, maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding sales, and achieving sales targets in specific regions of the company.
- Understand the market situation, be responsible for the analysis and research of competitive products in the industry and the analysis of competitors.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers, and make sales forecasts and long-term cooperation plans.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area, complete sales tasks, and ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
- Regularly complete analysis reports, be able to accurately analyze market trends and competing company plans, and formulate coping strategies.
Job requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in modern trade/key account/regional sales manager/branch manager in FMCG industry (personal care/skin care/beauty products are preferred);
- Able to formulate channel sales strategies and maintain existing relationships with local stores/modern stores, especially manning beauty, Socilla, Watson, etc.;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, result-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, able to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets;
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Familiar with the field of skin care and cosmetics or have experience in e-commerce in the FMCG industry is preferred;
