IT Business Analyst

We’re Hiring:
IT Business Analyst (Life Insurance)
Location: Jakarta | On-site | Immediate Joiner Preferred

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance sector? We’re looking for someone with sharp analytical skills, solid documentation ability, and a heart for collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and document business requirements (FSI-focused)
• Act as liaison between business units and tech teams
• Ensure clear BRD/FSD documents are produced and maintained
• Support UAT and implementation processes

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years as IT Business Analyst (preferably in Life Insurance or Multifinance)
• Experience in handling end-to-end project documentation
• Familiar with SDLC, UAT, BRD, FSD
• Able to communicate effectively with business & IT teams
