Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year experience as Talent Acqusition Staff or recruiter
- Must possess excellent interview skills
- Proficient in operating computers & HRIS is a must
- Proficient with work tools such as Gdrive, Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slide, or other workspaces.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, Monday-Saturday
- Capable of working using own laptop
Job Description:
- Responsible for the recruitment process, including candidate search, interviews, and selection.
- Organizing onboarding and training for new employees.
- Managing employee development programs, including training and engagement initiatives.
- Manage the offboarding process, including asset return and documentation.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Being accountable for all tasks and generating regular reports on attendance and other activities for performance assessment and future decision-making.
